Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Royal Living Co. ships only within the United States. If a destination is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and other supported checkout payment methods. Royal Living Co. does not directly store your full payment card details.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are personalized canvases eligible for returns?
Because each canvas is custom-made with your photo, personalized items are generally not eligible for return or exchange once production has started. If there's an issue with your order, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Will my canvas look exactly like my photo?
Your approved photo and layout are sent to production as submitted. We do not paint, retouch, or artistically transform your image.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
