Shipping policy

Royal Living Co. products are made to order. Delivery timing includes both production time and carrier transit time.

Estimated Delivery

Current shipping options and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and available fulfillment service. Because these estimates are calculated per order, they may vary between orders and destinations. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may change because of production volume, holidays, weather, carrier conditions, or other circumstances outside Royal Living Co.'s reasonable control.

Order Review and Production

Personalized orders are reviewed before production. If an uploaded image appears unsuitable for printing, we may pause the order and contact you for a replacement image or clarification. This can extend the estimated delivery timeline.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent through the contact information associated with your order.

Shipping Carriers and Fulfillment

The shipping carrier and fulfillment location may vary based on the product, destination, and available fulfillment network. The carrier shown on your tracking information is the carrier assigned to your specific shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We will try to assist if the order has not progressed too far for the address to be changed. Additional costs may apply when a shipment must be reprinted or reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, appears lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us at info@royalnationservices.com. We may ask you to confirm the shipping address, check with household members or the local carrier, and provide any available tracking details so we can investigate and determine the appropriate next step.

Destinations

Royal Living Co. currently ships only within the United States. Royal Living Co. accepts orders only to destinations made available at checkout. If a destination is not available in checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.
