These Terms of Service govern purchases from Royal Living Co. and use of our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from our store.

About Royal Living Co.

Royal Living Co. is a brand operated by Royal Nation Empire, LLC. We offer personalized photo products, including custom canvas prints. For the current canvas product, the customer's saved photo and layout are printed on canvas. We do not paint, hand-illustrate, retouch, redraw, or apply AI-generated artistic style transformations as part of the standard product.

Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. If you are not legally able to do so on your own, the purchase must be completed with the involvement of a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult.

Products, Pricing, and Errors

Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change. If we discover a material pricing or listing error before production, we may contact you for approval of a correction or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not charge a higher corrected amount without authorization.

Order Acceptance

We may decline or cancel an order before production when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud or unauthorized payment use, an unavailable product, an invalid shipping destination, or submitted content that violates these Terms or our Photo Submission & Personalization Policy. If we cancel a paid order before production, the appropriate refund process will be initiated.

Customer-Submitted Content

You retain your ownership rights in photos you upload. By submitting content, you grant Royal Living Co. and the service providers involved in processing and fulfilling your order a limited, non-exclusive right to store, reproduce, transmit, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to process, manufacture, fulfill, support, or document the order and comply with legal obligations.

Royal Living Co. will not use a customer-submitted photo in advertising, social media, or promotional materials without separate permission.

Your Responsibility for Submitted Content

By uploading a photo or other content, you represent that you own it or have the rights and permissions reasonably necessary to reproduce it for the requested product, and that the submission does not unlawfully infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Content We May Refuse

We may refuse or cancel an order containing unlawful, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, threatening, or otherwise prohibited content, or content we reasonably cannot reproduce or fulfill legally or safely.

Payments

Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and may include Shopify Payments and other supported payment methods. Shopify Payments is Royal Living Co.'s active payment processor.

Installment options may be offered by third-party payment providers, including Shop Pay Installments where available. Eligibility, approval, payment schedules, interest or finance charges if applicable, and financing terms are determined by the provider. Royal Living Co. is not the lender.

Shipping, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Photo Submission & Personalization Policy form part of these Terms. Please review them before placing an order.

Royal Living Co. Intellectual Property

The Royal Living Co. name, logo, original website content, graphics, and other brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customer-submitted photos remain owned by their respective rights holders.

Disputes and Customer Support

We encourage customers to contact Royal Living Co. promptly so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve order concerns. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

No Waiver of Mandatory Consumer Rights

These Terms are intended to operate only to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a provision conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, the applicable legal requirement controls.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the store at the time of purchase will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
