Use the Best Original Photo Available
Upload the highest-resolution original photo available. Images that are blurry, heavily compressed, heavily cropped, extremely dark, pixelated, strongly filtered, or otherwise unsuitable may not reproduce well at canvas size.
For raster photo files, JPEG or PNG are the safest supported formats for Printify production. Product-specific print requirements shown in the personalization/production workflow control if they differ.
Personalize and Preview Before Checkout
For eligible products, the personalization tool lets you upload your image, position it within the available layout, preview the personalized design, and save it before checkout. Please review the crop, orientation, placement, and visible image quality carefully before adding the product to your cart.
Royal Living Co. Review Before Production
After purchase, Royal Living Co. reviews personalized orders before sending them to production. If the submitted design appears unsuitable for printing or contains an obvious issue, we may pause the order and contact you. We do not materially alter, retouch, repaint, redraw, or artistically transform your photo as part of the standard product without your permission.
Print Variation
A physical canvas is not a backlit digital screen. Minor differences in brightness, color, crop, texture, sharpness, or overall appearance may occur because of display settings, printing processes, canvas materials, lighting, and reasonable production tolerances. Such minor differences are not automatically considered defects.
Customer Rights and Permissions
By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have the rights and permissions reasonably necessary to reproduce it for your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your submission does not unlawfully violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Limited Use of Your Photo
Your uploaded image is used only as reasonably necessary to process, manufacture, fulfill, support, or document your order and comply with legal obligations. We do not use customer-submitted photos for advertising or social media without separate permission.
Right to Pause or Decline
We may pause, decline, or cancel an order if the submitted file cannot reasonably be printed, appears unlawful or infringing, violates these policies, or cannot be fulfilled as ordered. If a paid order is canceled before production for one of these reasons, the appropriate refund process will be initiated.
